meet Dr. Kavita Kamraj
Dr. Kavita is Restorative and Aesthetic Dentist practising since last 10 years in Powai, Mumbai, India. She did her post graduation from UK and she is an expert in cosmetic dentistry.
She helps health-conscious men and women to achieve best of their chewing ability and social confidence to smile and enjoy their favourite food at each and every occasion.
She is a new age dentist, A Rashtrapati award holder, A community worker, Rotarian and a spiritual being.
HOBBIES :
Apart from her passion for dentistry Dr. Kavita loves to paint and recently she had her paintings exhibited at Taj Mahal Palace, Colaba.
She loves to sing which she does only for herself and her family members as her hobby.
In her college days she has been an active sportsperson and continues to pursue her interest in volleyball and lawn tennis.
Dr Kavita loves to write poems, she loves to meditate and journal on daily basis as her self development practises.
She loves to read books she consider them as her lifeline for Happiness. Her collection of books is as vast and profound as she is as a personality
AWARDS & DESIGNATIONS & COMMUNITY SERVICES:
She has been awarded with Presidency award in year 2004 for work in and for community. Social-service runs in her blood she is one of the dentists who voluntarily approach the community and make sure that she is providing them as much as medical facilities as possible.
She conducts community health camps for WOMEN for breast cancer awareness, women related disorders, dental health for kids, Eye check up and diabetes check up camps without any colabrations with any other brands.
Her personal brand (Dental Solutions by Dr. Kavita Kamraj) does check up for 4000to 7000 kids as a part of their DENTAL health awareness campaign.
She actively participates in corporate camps for dental hygiene and dental health awareness.
She conducts Oral Cancer awareness campaigns for POLICE STATIONS in and around her locality without help of any collaborations.
She has been a part of a ROTARY since last three years now and plays an important role for her club. For year 2019-20 She was the President for Rotary club of Mumbai Lake Shore. In her tenure she has been a great contribution for her club as well as to the community.
She is Funding and Leading a school named Vidhyaniketan High School in District Sangola located in Solapur and providing education for local poor children in that village with a negligible fees.
Dr. Kavita is an actively associates with Associations for women present in and around her locality. She loves to empower women, housewives and mom entrepreneurs to grow and achieve heights in their business as well as personal lives. She loves to be on the stage and have anchored few events in year 2018-19.
In these COVID times she has actively come ahead and encouraged her community to consume immunity booster medicines and have made sure that these medicines reach the slums in her locality to each and every house. She was the 1st and the bravest of all the Dentists in her area to make her Clinic functional from the month of April 2020 just because she couldn’t see her patients in pain and difficulties and she has made her family and community proud by taking a step ahead with the precautions and serialisation protocols in place.
