Nilesh Dalvi is a qualified Civil Engineer & Interior designer. He started his career with dimensions’ consultants as Junior Engineer. Where he worked for the prestigious project of Vrindavan Gurukul for Pandit Hariprasad Chourasiya. He has been associated with various architects and consultants. He Has worked with various departments in Siemens and had an association of 4 years with this fortune 500 company.
His 1st attempt to get into a business in 2008 Failed Miserably and landed him in making a loss of 10 lakhs in 2009. But his never say die attitude and his passion towards civil engineering bring him back in contracting business in 2015 and running successfully till now. Making turnover of hardly 50 Lakhs in 2015 to 15 crore in 2020.
He has completed construction & Interiors of Riva resort Goa one of the prime property in North Goa. Various Structural repairs in and around Mumbai. Construction of factory at Khopoli 15k sqft. Chemical plant repairs at Malkapur. Ongoing Indoor stadium at Vaibhavwadi Konkan. Construction of Pharma Production unit at Taloja 40k sqft. And one of the biggest and challenging job verge of completion is 2.5 lk Sqft of Production set Up in Nagpur for Japanese Pharma Giant. Completed very challenging job of retaining wall of 120 ft Long & 13 feet high during lockdown period for Paper Box Company of India.
He is a passionate driver & always ready to explore new places & Authentic Food.
His wife Sapna is his business partner. His Son Gaurish Studying in 8th STD at Poddar International School Santacruz.
He has a cashew processing unit at his Home town of Vengurla Konkan
