Prasad Patki is a Founder Director of Shreya Innova a Real Estate advisory company, engaged in Commercial Leasing & Commercial Interiors. His Company does Commercial Leasing and sales of Offices , Retail & Warehousing for Indian and Overseas Companies. They provide Residential Services for own consumption & Investment purpose. They also do property management for Overseas Clients who wish to buy properties in India .They provide Interior Fit out on Lease for MNC Companies. They work in Major Metro Cities In India and Dubai. They also have an associate office in New Jersey, USA.

The Founder and his professional team and my associates offers services for Commercial Leasing & Commercial Interiors . They provide services for Commercial Leasing for office space, Retail, Warehousing , Industrial premises , Built to Suit Properties. They also provide Interior Fit out on Lease for MNC.

Prasad is Associated with IIID TRC as a Hon. Secretary for Thane Chapter and co-coordinator for National Committee. IIID has 32 Chapters and 14000 members pan India.

Prasad is a Founder of SukritAshaa and he have organized & was the host for many panel discussions of Interiors, Architects & School Principals. We organize science , Maths & English exams & student engagement programs for students which is useful for International Exams .

He was instrumental in starting the Saturday Club , Association for Industries in Maharashtra , Networking Square in Thane area.

He is also a volunteer for Rotary Club – Thane Green City and Red Cross .
